Our Story
Born and raised in Southeast Texas, Susan has spent her life rooted in the community she now serves. Her husband John joined her here as quickly as he could, and together they became the area’s first bonded and insured pet sitters, walkers, and pet transportation specialists. Susan brings more than 35 years of experience in human resources, office administration, and business management, while both share over 40 years of hands-on experience caring for pets of all kinds. Their goal is to be the community’s most trusted solution for dependable, compassionate pet care, and they look forward to treating every client and pet like family.
A Few Fun Facts:
John and Susan met as children and have known each other since ages 7 and 9. John was once her brother’s best friend.
They are parents to three sons and grandparents to four wonderful grandchildren. John loves cats, and Susan happily soaks up all the pup snuggles.
